Thank God FOR talking about Anxiety medication i have always felt so guilty for needing that medication that i felt that I will miss Gods blessings and bye blessings i mean inner wealth because I am so blessed i have children i have grandchild but i needed different freind,s as my lifestyle has changed for the better as i am writting this i am realising that I havent missed GOD,S blessings and put caustic soda down that got rid of my ants 🐜🐜🐜

I battled severe depression and anxiety which led to alcoholism. I refused to be put on medication. The only way I keep it all at bay and am actually able to live life is through prayer. I pray all the time. Even when I am busy cleaning or just taking care of my family. If I feel something on my heart I pray. Many days I pray myself through the whole day.
